Charity Tillemann-Dick’s life sounds like the plot of a grand opera: She was diagnosed with high blood pressure in the lungs at the age of 20. By the time she was 26, she had to go through a double lung transplant. But it didn’t take. Through all this, she never stopped doing what she loves most: Singing. Great News- LI TRIO friend and volunteer Beth Chapman received a kidney transplant from her sister and other are feeling great

Today I want to share that Beth Chapman had her kidney transplant at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston.

Beth received one of her sisters kidneys and is feeling great and things are going very well. Their physicians stated that both sisters are doing even better than expected right after surgery.
